Poortje Game Farm comprises three beautiful stone cottages situated in the secluded Free State farm grasslands. The cottages are surrounded by ancient rock walls and kraals shaped with a vibrant history.

Balfour Palm Lodge situated in Balfour, is a lovely place to relax after a long day of activities. We offer bed and breakfast accommodation as well as self-catering in comfortable rooms.

Accommodation at the Station is the old station building that has been converted into backpackers accommodation, offering clean bed linen and communal showers.

The almost unknown little hamlet of Val is about 30 minutes from Heidelberg in Gauteng, and only a stone's throw from Greylingstad on the road to Standerton. It is surely one of the smallest, cleanest and most beautiful little towns on the Highveld with only 28 inhabitants.
