Tankwa Karoo National Park Accommodation

Tankwa Karoo National Park is situated on the southern boundary of the Northern Cape, with the Roggeveld Escarpment in the east, the Cederberg in the west, and Klein Roggeveld Mountains in the south.

Tankwa Tented Camp is situated in the Stonehenge Nature Reserve with a total area of 3200 ha and with a 24 km fence. The reserve is bordered by the Tankwa National Park on two of its sides for about 14 km.

Skurweberg offers a fully equipped guest house. The house has a kitchen, a TV room, four bedrooms and an outside braai area. There is a lovely fireplace in the house, as well as heaters and electric blankets.

Situated on a farm close to Sutherland, guests will find Villa Rosa Guest House. Located near the main farm house, guests stay in a quaint wooden house with three bedrooms.

The Cederberg House offers indulgent peace and beauty in the heart of the Cederberg wilderness. This quaint stone cottage has no electricity and is suitable for guests who tread lightly. Explore the mountain streams and beautiful walking trails. Go mountain biking, wine tasting, view rock painting.

For a first class experience, come to the Cederberg and enjoy the mountain scenery and many activities at the luxury of Mount Ceder. The nine luxury cottages, with 21 bedrooms (in total), provide accommodation to suit, whilst the Old Millhouse serves delicious home cooked meals. Mount Ceder is 95km North of Ceres 34km of which is gravel road.
