Montagu Guest House

Malherbe guesthouse is a national monument and was built in 1859. The house has been lovingly restored and offers five en-suite rooms, four with private entrance and patio or verandah. Rooms have a bar-fridge, electronic safe, fan, and heater for the winter, hospitality tray and hairdryer.

Nestling peacefully in the heart of Montagu, recently voted South Africa’s Favorite Village. Our tastefully restored Victorian Luxury Guest House is set in beautiful park like gardens with a sparkling swimming pool, surrounded by panoramic mountain views.

The property consists of a 100 year old Victorian house with large comfortable rooms; a coach house converted into a quaint family unit full of character, and a smaller self catering unit ideal for couples or small groups.
