Important Information

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total. If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 1% of the booking total.

* A refundable deposit of R3500.00 will be charged per stay upon check-in.
* A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 30 days before arrival.
* Forfeit 100% of the Total if cancelled 21 days before arrival.
* Forfeit 50% of the Total if canceled 30 days before arrival.
* The Admin fee charged if the booking is cancelled is 1%.
* In case of a no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
* Cancellations accepted only by email to nettie@komatigroup.co.za
* Non-arrival will forfeit payments already made.
* Late arrival or early departure: no refund for days not spent at the lodge.
* Please bring your pods for the Nespresso machine.
* Guests need to use their logins to view streaming services.
* No animals allowed.
Insects and Snakes:
* This is a malaria area, and it is advised to use insect repellant.
* Be careful of all snakes and insects.
* Snake removal: Pierre from Securicon +27 72 433 2164.
Animals:
* The electric fence is the border of the Kruger National Park.
* Wild animals are walking freely.
* Please do not feed them.
Gate and Fence:
* The gate stays closed at all times.
* Be aware that the fence is electrified - please do not touch it.
Boma and Fire:
* Firewood is provided, but if depleted, you can buy from the locals next to the road at Crocodile Bridge Gate. The housekeeper can make a fire if you wish, please ask him in advance.
