A beautiful holiday apartment is situated at the beach front on the 18th floor with easy access to the beach and within stroll from the main beach.Beach Coast Accommodation comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. All the bedrooms are fitted with twin beds and a double bunker in the second room. The bathrooms are equipped with showers only, a toilet as well as a washbasin. The well equipped kitchen includes a stove cooker, refrigerator with fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle and all cutleries needed to

Important Information

DEFINITIONS

Establishment means a two bedroom flat in a building situated at the beach front close to SPUR in Beach Road Amanzimtoti.
Resident means the person or persons who occupy or going to occupy the establishment according to the booking or reservation.
Responsible person means the person who made a reservation or booking and responsible for all payments regarding the booking or reservation.
Day means a calendar day and includes Sundays and public holidays

ID DOCUMENT AND PROOF OF RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS
The responsible person will provide the owner of the establishment a copy of his or her ID document as well as proof of his or her residential address. The documents may be scanned and e-mailed or send to by facsimile to the owner of the establishment.

ACCOMMODATION FOR SIX (6) PERSONS ONLY
The apartment can accommodate only six (6) persons and no more than six (6) persons at the same time will be allowed to occupy the apartment. No more persons are allowed than those mentioned in the quote accepted by the responsible person.

PETS
According to the rules of the body corporate no pets accept a Bird in a cage is allowed in the establishment.

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
A breakage deposit is payable in the bank account of which the particulars will be provided by the owner. The deposit is refundable within 14 days from date of departure on the condition that there are no damages or losses to the establishment, or other movable property in the establishment. In case of any damage or loss the mentioned breakage deposit may be utilized as compensation to the loss or damage. The balance in such a case will then be refunded.

KEYS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT
The keys of the establishment will be available at the office of the building during office hours. Should the responsible person realize that he or she will not be able to arrive during office hours, the owner should be contacted during office hours, so that an arrangement for the handing over thereof can be made. Usually in such a case the keys will be left with the security guard to keep until arrival of the responsible person.

INVENTORY
Residents must on the day of arrival as per the reservation or booking, check the inventory with all the movable properties within the establishment. Any damage or missing articles must immediately be reported to the agent or the owner of the establishment. The failure to comply will result in the responsible person be held liable for the lost or damage of which the value thereof will be deducted from the breakage deposit but, without waiving any rights the owner of the establishment may have to claim damages from the responsible person.
Only after departure of the resident/s will the inventory be checked to determine there are any damages or losses. It is not possible to do an inspection in the presence of the resident before his or her departure.

TOWLES
The establishment is a self catering unit and no towels or cloths will be provided.

TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Time of arrival on date of arrival is from 14:00. Time of departure on date of departure is 10:00 am.

RULES
Residents must acquaint themselves and comply with the rules of the body corporate of the building, which are framed at the entrance door of the establishment. The non compliance may result in the request to vacate the premises with immediate effect without the refunding of any amount paid by the responsible person, with the exception of deposit paid as per paragraph 4 supra but subject to the conditions mentioned in the paragraph. The mentioned rules are framed and hanged on the wall next to the main door of the establishment. Excessive drinking and making of noise are strictly prohibited.

USE OF TELEVISION
The television may not be switched off. Due to the humid conditions the television will be damaged if switched off. It may however be put on standby.

PARKING
There is a basement parking at parking nr 101 for one vehicle only. Additional open parking may, subject to availability be rented at a rate of R50.00 per day.

WASHING OF DISHES AND CUTLERY
Dishes and cutlery must be washed and clean on departure. If left dirty an amount of R50.00 may be charged.

DISCLAIMER
The owner of the establishment, its servants, agents or employees, shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss of, or damage to, any property of any person, nor for any personal injury or death of any person whatsoever, howsoever any loss, damage or injury or death shall arise, including that arising from any negligence, gross negligence, act or omission of the owner of the establishment, or its servants, agents, employees or any other person duly authorized to act for and on behalf of the owner of the establishment.

SMOKING
The establishment is a non smoking area and no smoking in the establishment is allowed.

ACCEPTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accepting this quotation the responsible person and all residents to occupy the establishment, accepts all the above-mentioned terms and conditions.

The view is exceptional. We saw dolphins and whales during our stay. The apartment is clean and tidy The kitchen is equipped with all essentials.

One cannot take away the breathtaking views from the apartment. However a little more attention to detail could've made the experience more enjoyable. There were no bathroom mats, washing machine out of order, no dishwasher even though there was supposed to be according to specs. Had to buy insecticides for bed bugs in the main bedroom.
