Important Information

Minimum of two nights required over weekends (Fri–Sun) in low season.
· Minimum of two nights required during our high season.
· Minimum of three nights required between 16 December and 16 January.
CHILDREN AT THE FARM HOTEL
· Families are most welcome at Babylonstoren and children under two stay free in a cot if sharing a room with their parents.
· Families of a maximum of four guests (regardless of age) to be accommodated in a two-bedroom cottage at standard rates.
· Families of three guests (regardless of age) to be accommodated in a two-bedroom cottage at standard rates.
· Babysitting can be arranged for parents who want to venture out or who would like to have a quiet meal at one of our restaurants.
CHILDREN AT THE FARMHOUSE
· The Farmhouse is not child friendly and therefore we do not accommodate families.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
· All reservations to be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
· Payment can be made by direct deposit or credit card.
· We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express credit cards. Alternatively, you can settle via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Banking details below.
· To confirm a reservation, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required within seven days after the reservation has been made.
· Full payment to be received 45 days prior to arrival.
· A cancellation made 45 days or less prior to commencement of stay will result in a cancellation fee of 100%.
· Babylonstoren reserves the right to cancel a booking should payment not be received as stipulated.
· We recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance covering them for personal effects, personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses,
cancellation and curtailment.
· We reserve the right to amend/change rates without prior notice.
· We require 2 nights minimum over weekends (Fri–Sun) in low season.
· We require 2 nights minimum during our high seasons.
