Echo Lounge brings a splash of Europe to the Melkbosstrand beachfront. The core concept is the coffees, using only freshly ground beans. They offer a variety of coffees from Americanos through to thick Frappuccinos. They cater for the tea drinker too providing both traditional teas, such as rooibos and ceylon, to more exotic infusions. They also have deliciously healthy freshly blended smoothies and indulgent milkshakes made with real fruit and chocolate bits, no syrups allowed. For light bites they have a forever changing selection of cakes, muffins and pastries. The pain au chocolat, baked using French ingredients is very popular.
