The roads

I am not sure that you are the correct recipient - I feel sad that the roads are in this state. I can almost see how visitors, internal and external, may be discouraged to drive that direction, unless desparate. The province must really attend to the condition of the roads. Very sad state.

Ladybrand is a small town in the far eastern corner of the Free State. It suffers from the same problems we are accustomed to vis-a-vis bad roads and streets. But as whole it is quite good, organized and well appointed with shops and other delights. It is steeped in history, has a rich culture of producing art and other products and produce of interest to the community and country, and of course the angora rabbits.
