Everything I could ever wish for is in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. It’s epic, wild, hauntingly beautiful, fascinating and inspiring. Driving on the corrugated dirt roads is not comfortable, but the expansive views and pristine wilderness are captivating. I’ve never seen so many birds of prey soaring in the sky – vultures, eagles, owls, hawks and gorgeous pygmy falcons.
