The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, his and hers basin, and a toilet. The second bedroom and third bedroom each comprise a double-size bed and share the use of the guest bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided

The living area is open plan to the kitchen and is furnished with comfy couches, and has a smart TV with access to Premium DSTV and free Wi-Fi. Guests can log in to their own Netflix and Amazon Accounts.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, air-fryer, basic crockery, and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features an 8-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals. In addition, the house spoils with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. WE have installed an inverter for those dreadful load shedding hours which kicks in automatically and allows you to watch TV and have full access to the internet for the duration of the load shedding.
There is also a portable emergency lamp, situated in the main bedroom for your use.

The sliding doors of the living area open up onto a lovely covered patio area with outdoor furniture and built-in braai facilities that overlooks the sparkling swimming pool.

The house is within walking distance of all the local favourites and sites that Yzerfontein has on offer. The area is perfect for long bike rides, hikes along the 16 mile beach ,walks along the paths by the sea, stops at the local brewery (Yzerbrew), Rosemead artisanal bakery, and many coffee shops and good restaurants.
