Description

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Morgan Bay, Ocean Valley View offers comfortable, relaxing self-catering accommodation within easy walking distance of the sea. The house was designed and built in 2005 with large windows in order to capture the wonderful views of the ocean and the green valley stretching to the Double Mouth Nature Reserve and the cliffs where you can see the sea spray as the waves crash into the rocks. Just relax on the balconies upstairs or on the deck and enjoy the scenery. The house is furnished perfectly for a fresh, roomy, family retreat sleeping up to 10 people.

On the ground floor there is a spacious, open-plan living area comprising an entrance area, two living rooms, a large wooden deck and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, and a washing machine. There is a flat screen TV with satellite channels and a Hi-Fi in the living room. Please bring your own DStv smart card. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

The first floor contains the three bedrooms, each leading onto its own balcony. The main bedroom has a king-size and a single bed, the second bedroom has one queen-size bed and the third bedroom has three single beds and one bunk ned. The shared bathroom contains a toilet, basin and shower.

The house is situated 200 m from the sea and 600 m from Morgan Bay's beach. All bedding is supplied but guests are requested to bring their own towels. We offer an outside braai area and there is a driveway for safe parking.
