Important Information
A breakage deposit of R1 000 is payable directly to the establishment and will be refunded within 7(seven) working days after departure if no breakages have occurred or any damages have been caused or any other claim or penalty has been incurred because of the tenant or his guest’s behavior.
Please ensure that full banking details are provided on this document.
Nomads Nook will supply:
• Initial toilet paper (2 Rolls)
• Initial dishwashing liquid.
• A Dishwasher is available please supply your own consumables.
• 6 Bath towels (one per person) will be supplied during your stay (Bring your own Beach Towels).
House Rules
• Pets are not allowed.
• Feeding any animals is not allowed.
• Maximum of 6 (six) people is allowed to sleep in Nomads Nook no15.
• All windows and doors need to be closed when the tenants are not at the house due to damage that baboons may cause.
• Keep the environment clean and use the dustbins provided.
• No smoking is allowed in the unit, ashtrays are provided for smoking on the patio, NO smoking in any public area inside the property.
• No Bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, “quad-bikes”, carts, scooters, or motorbikes are permitted inside the complex.
• The use of the swimming pool and braai facilities is restricted to lawful occupiers (paid guests) and only between 07:00 to 22:00.
• The use of alcohol is only allowed in the unit and is not to be taken to any public area.
• No children under the age of 12, are permitted to use the swimming pool without adult supervision.
• No glass, metal, or other foreign object or material which may break or cause harm or injury to any person is permitted inside the swimming pool area.
• Stools inside the Lapa must be replaced after use. The area must be left clean and tidy, and lights turned off after use.
• No person may tamper or interfere with any fire safety equipment. The use of any fire hose or equipment to wash vehicles is strictly prohibited.
• A midweek linen change can be done on request. No service on 25 - 27 December and New Year’s Day.
• No student bookings or parties/events permitted.
