Important Information

Please note all quotes are valid for 72 hours and rates quoted are subject to change without
prior notice.

Deposit payments:
All reservations are deemed provisional until a 50% payment has been received.
Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
LIONSROCK reserves the right to release any reservation without further notice or
hindrance should the above requirements not be met. Thereafter room(s) will be subject to
availability if re-requested.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that all travellers are advised to purchase travel insurance that covers
cancellation of reservations.
In the event that the traveller may need to cancel the reservation, irrespective of the reason,
such cancellation must be made in writing and in such instances, any and all payments made
will be held by LIONSROCK as a credit for the traveller for a period not exceeding 12 months.
Our flexible payment policy does not allow for refunds.

Child Policy:
Please contact us with the children’s ages and we will quote accordingly.
Infants / toddlers (0 to 36 months old):
Sharing with parents will not be billed for meals.
Cots are available for infants at no additional charge levied.
Toddlers (2 years to the age of 5 years): Sharing with parents will not be billed IF the parents are
willing to share the double bed with the child (we are not able to add additional beds to rooms).
Children 0 – 3 years - will not be billed for meals, accommodation and tours.
Children 3 – 8 years – meals are billed at 50%, accommodation and tours are discounted.
Children 8 – 12 years – standard billing rates apply; however, tour rates are reduced.
Children 12 and up will be billed at standard rates
