Avondrust is located on the hill-side of Hoedjieskop Nature Reserve overlooking Saldanha Bay. The character and magic of Avondrust blends in to the natural environment with swimming pool, palms, patios and a fascinating cacti and succulent garden. Art and Sculptures from Africa adds to the interesting walkway that leads to the units. Enjoy sun downers at the pool while watching the sun set over the bay.

Although out the hustle and bustle, shops and other amenities are just a few minutes away. Families or groups find the freedom of the self-catering facility very enjoyable. The host and hostess were most accommodating and friendly. the facilities left me wanting for nothing, its a cosy warm environment. The guest house is beautiful with the best views of the bay.

We spent two nights at Avondrust Guest House. The hospitality and friendliness of our host and hostess, Christine & Jan, greatly enhanced our weekend away from home. They are really very charming people. The breakfasts we had were most delicious and served with such a wonderfully personal touch - really made us feel spoilt !!!!! The view is over the Bay is good, and the quietness exactly what the tired city-dweller needs to recharge the batteries. Thank you, Christine & Jan !!!!!!
