Long weekend @ Seasands Lodge
Sifio & I had a really great time - St Lucia is a true gem in the country. We loved the game viewing and walks on the beach. Seasands Lodge also offered a tranquil place for us to rest when we didnt feel like doing much.

Our stay in the lodge and St Lucia was excellent, very nice and friendly environment and staff, and very professional service. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, food is superb and all activities coordinated very professionally. We had a gread whale watching, saw plenty of whales playing/jumping, horse rides were perfect as well as the boat trip and the Hluhluwe park and Cape Vidal visit - we saw even a leopard close to Cape Vidal. Clearly a place we would like to come back.

The best Location in St. Lucia Wetland Park (5 Eco-systems). You cannot get any closer. Sea sands was established 14 years ago and is a tropical paradise of palms, Cyclades, tree ferns and other exotic plants which attracts birdlife. The resort is situated in the famous St. Lucia Wetland Park with access to Cape Vidal, Big 5 game reserves, Zulu cultural villages and self-guided walking trails. Sea sands Lodge is known internationally for fine cuisine such as grilled fish and seafood, tasty and tender steaks, mouth watering curries including traditional South African fare. Their extensive A-la-Cart menu is not to be missed when in the St. Lucia area. B and B or Self-catering or Dinner, Bed and Breakfast.
Garden cottages/lodges set in a tropical paradise. A birders dream.
