Only stayed one night

Lovely setting with a view of the ocean, although not too close to the beach, but still a nice walk. Beautiful, crisp and clean décor. The reception was friendly and prompt. A home cooked breakfast was served, which was absolutely delicious. If we go to East London again, we will book at Sand Castle again.

What a special, peaceful place - particularly in the hectic December season! A very short walk to a lovely beach. The room was a crisp white treat after the heat of each day. A quick dip in the pool and we were ready for more. Good tips and a great breakfast from the hosts complete the picture.

This place is excellent. My wife and I were in the Oyster Room and it has everything you need including excellent views.

Juggling work and pleasure over a long weekend was simplified by easy access to the B&B combined with a most relaxing environment. Managed efficiently and non-intrusively by the staff.
