The Rostock Desert Lodge (Rostock Ritz), your destination in the Namib Desert, consists of a combination of igloo shaped bungalows, aesthetically integrated into the natural surroundings. 20 double rooms with en-suite shower and toilet and two luxury suites, each with an unlimited view across the desert, await you. Our facilities are wheelchair friendly and two special units are for the handicapped.
The Rostock Ritz offers you a first class a la carte restaurant and a well stocked bar.

Food & Gastronomy: We are one of the very few lodges in Namibia with an a la Carte restaurant. We have an excellent a la carte cuisine, confirmed by comments and feedback from our guests.
Great Outdoors: We offer 60km of excellent marked walking trails through amazing desert landscapes and river canyons - 10 trails, from 2.6km up to 14.4km - including GPS data and a booklet with geological markers and explanations along the trails.
Wedding Venues: Unforgettable experience: magical wedding amongst the dunes.
Disabled Friendly: All of our facilities are wheelchair friendly, we have an extra wheelchair friendly rest-room in our main buildings, and two of our bungalow units are designed for wheelchair users.
