Mindaroo is self-catering and accommodates six people in the main house. All bedrooms are well furnished with exceptionally comfortable beds, duck down duvets and Percale cotton linen. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite with bath and shower, with a private balcony and exceptional views. A second bathroom with shower serves the second bedroom which has twin beds, and the third bedroom which has bunk beds. Additional accommodation for two in an en-suite double room is available on request.

The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas open onto wrap around wind sheltered patio overlooking Fisherman's Beach and False Bay. With facilities for braaiing, the patio is covered and outdoor furniture allows guests to relax in comfortable seating or loungers. Enjoy meals outside whilst soaking up the views. Satellite HD TV and decoder with recording facilities and DVD are provided. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with quality kitchenware, a glass top stove with oven, a fridge freezer with automatic ice and filtered water dispenser, a microwave oven, dishwasher and combined washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property is well secured with an alarm for the house and an electric fence. There is a single garage available, an additional single garage and on-site parking can be arranged upon request.
