Millpond House is situated in the quaint little village of Clarens in the Eastern Free State. If you are after comfortable, homely accommodation this is the place to go. It is a haven of peace and tranquility and only a mere eight minute stroll from the village centre. The rose-filled garden is a mass of colours and fragrances where chickens roam around freely. There are five individually decorated rooms to choose from and they all have spectacular views of the sandstone mountains, with their interesting rock formations. Scrumptious, wholesome, country breakfasts are served in the sunny breakfast room. Clarens has many interesting little shops, amazing art galleries, coffee bars and restaurants, in addition to a vast variety of outdoor activities that will keep visitors entertained for the duration of their stay.
