Description

We are a lodge for backpackers, offering up market accommodation at backpacker prices. Situated on the banks of the Crocodile River, with spectacular views of Kruger National Park, South Africa.

Come and stay with us and enjoy a relaxed environment, with open plan living areas and a great garden. At your leisure cools down in the swimming pool. Wrap up your day with a delicious barbecue braai, while listening to the sounds of Africa.

We are a short 5 minutes’ drive from the Kruger Park’s Crocodile Bridge Gate and 5 minutes from the Lobambo Border Post to Mozambique. The Mananga Border Post to Swaziland is only 45 minutes away.

There is a friendly, open atmosphere at the lodge, where helpful staff will cater to your every need. Our knowledgeable staff happily gives up-to-date travel information and can arrange a variety of activities, trips and tours for your enjoyment.

The perfect overnight stop

Cosy and comfortable with a lot of character. The wooden deck is great for sundowners and you can really just chill here after a long day's drive and not have to worry about where to eat or drink. The succulent garden just added to the charm together with the rustic and interesting furniture and decor.

We expected a backpackers lodge, but was pleasantly surpised at the lovely accommodation and the excellent value for money meals prepared by David. Awesome host and awesome backpackers, will defenitely stay there again.

We had a brilliant time at Kruger View. The guys there were so welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The place has a great backpacker communal feel to it but with the mix of dorm rooms and the nicer individual rooms that gave it the feel of a safari lodge. Nice to be able to grab a meal there and the braai was totally amazing. Great place to stay and would definitely recommended to mates or family in the future.
