Ka-Ma Lodge offers a homely environment and the ideal stopover when travelling from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Situated along the N1 Highway, the village of Richmond is approximately halfway between these two major cities. Ka-Ma Lodge is located right on the outskirts of the town with its comfortable accommodation and facilities.

Family owned and managed, you are guaranteed a hearty Karoo welcome when you check in. We offer a restaurant, an all-night shop, entertainment area, swimming pool, bar and filling station. Our bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms, televisions, air-conditioners and kitchenettes to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

A very nice place to stay, and it splits the trip from Jhb to Cape Town. Very nice to have a restaurant so that one can have a very good meal and tumble into bed. Will be back.

Totally adequate for an overnight stop en route to and from JHB. It is clean, comfortable and cost effective. If I travel that way again and need to overnight, it will be my stop of choice.
