Campismo Da Cuna

Description

Situated only 90 kilometers North of Maputo, Campismo Da Cuna is one of the most unspoiled places in Mozambique and you do not have to travel so far to get there. Campismo da Cuna has only seven exclusive campsites that will ensure no overcrowding, as these campsites are very spacious and located under beautiful trees and are very neat and well maintained. We offer only seven campsites ranging from a six-tent stand to two tent stands depending on your needs.

Campismo Da Cuna is a rustic and well-appointed camp with five well-equipped and very clean ablution blocks with warm showers and flush toilets. At Campismo Da Cuna we strive to give our visitors the most comfort and space available to ensure no overcrowding.

Please note that a 4X4 or diff-lock vehicle is required to reach the camp as you drive through very sandy terrain en-route.

Further note that there is no electricity, you have to rent a generator at R20 per day and supply your own fuel (pre booking is essential) alternatively bring your own generator.

Please note that you need to bring your own equipment for any of the mentioned activities except for the Paragliding that must be pre booked.

Campismo is koning!

Fantastic breakaway

Campismo Da Cuna is a fantastic breakaway to a peaceful, quiet piece of Mozambique. There were excellent facilities and an awesome beach. I strongly recommend a 4x4, as you can't get to the camp without one and although they have a service where you can park at a secure facility and get transported to the camp; I found this very expensive and the only unprofessional, very disappointing part of our stay. You also need a vehicle to get you to the beach if you are carrying rods or gaze ... more

Melanie en Andries, dankie vir julle gasvryheid. Dit was 'n great paar dae, sal graag langer wou bly. Julle kampterrein is stunning. Dit bly by die basies, en familie kan lekker saam kuier. My kinders kan nie uitgepraat raak oor die vakansie nie. Melanie and Andries, thank you for your hospitality. It was a great couple of days, and we would have loved to have stayed longer. Your campsite is stunning. You stick to the basics, and a family can really enjoy themselves. My chil ... more

We had a fantastic stay at Campismo. The campsite is well run and the ablutions were super neat and clean and very romantic in the evenings with the oil lamps. We rested well as the campsites are conducive to peace, quiet and family time.
