The complex is a walking distance to Shelly Centre and many restaurants and is central to Margate, many golf courses and scenic routes.
Enjoy early morning walks on the beach; you get a key for the gate onto the sand. Watch whales, dolphins and the amazing bird life during the winter months which are warm and sunny with blue skies.
This is a front ground floor unit; it consists of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Main bedroom has double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, TV and DStv pleas bring your own card, and patio with built-in gas braai.
This well maintained complex offers direct access to the beach, two swimming pools, and tennis and squash courts, volleyball court, landscaped gardens with ponds and resident ducks, braai facilities around the complex, and a mini putt-putt course.
