Located on the first floor, up a flight of stairs, the Cape Dutch Quarters Tulbagh Travellers Lodge offers guests spacious accommodation in clean, well-decorated bright and sunny rooms.

Part of the Cape Dutch Quarters portfolio, the original wagon shed of the manor house is a lovely conversion that retains the charm of its original purpose, with a thatched roof and a high reed ceiling. Heavy wooden doors with forged hinges open onto an inner set of windows.

The Coach House is a newly renovated and refurbished cottage; a delightful conversion from a 19th century coach house and stable. The original grand Cape Dutch house, to which this out building belonged, was sadly demolished in the 1960s, leaving the building set in a beautiful private garden.

Bain’s Barn, dating from 1801, offers centrally located, self-catering accommodation in historic Church Street, Tulbagh. Its Cape Dutch architecture features a thatched roof, and sleeps two guests in one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Our romantic tree house accommodation is the perfect lovers retreat, combining awe inspiring views and a spa bath for two. Each tree house has mountain views over the orchards and a private patio which is perfect for a light breakfast or evening sundowner.

The Loft accommodation is situated above the Kloofzicht Estate wine cellar and is 3 km from the picturesque Tulbagh Village. This spacious accommodation sleeps six to nine people.

The Kliphuis is a self-catering cottage in Kleinfontein and is set high up in the Winterhoek valley, against the Witzenberg Mountains. It has some of the best view over the valley.
