Montagu Four Seasons offers three luxury self-catering units in the centre of Montagu. They are situated under a big old oak tree, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air and the peace and quiet that this village has to offer. We do not accept children.

Situated in the picturesque Nuy Valley, our renovated wine cellar serves as a luxurious 2 x 2 bedroom flats, characteristically upmarket and unique to De Wilge. Come enjoy the great outdoors, visit the olive cellar, hike in the veld, take your mountain bike to the veld paths, and experience wine tasting on the R62.

The Olive House is the second oldest house in Montagu and a National Monument. Montagu, the Gateway to the Karoo, only 180 km from Cape Town, is a village with soul. Here you will find a welcoming, happy community.

The Thorntree Country House is situated on the route to the Cango Caves, the Swartberg Pass and the circle route to Prince Albert via Meiringspoort. It is also within easy reach of the Cango Ostrich Farm and Cango Wildlife Ranch.

Akkerboom Country Cottages comprises three self-catering cottages on a working farm nestled along a stream between the Langeberg Mountains and the Little Karoo. The cottages offer an ideal family holiday venue which is only 2.5 hours from Cape Town.

Welcome to Rietfontein Ostrich Palace which is a working ostrich farm situated between Calitzdorp and Oudtshoorn on the Route 62 – the longest wine route in South Africa. It is the oldest working ostrich farm in the Cape Colony and was established by the Potgieter family in 1897. It boasts one of the most intriguing ostrich palaces dating back to the early 1900s.

The Kliphuis is a self-catering cottage in Kleinfontein and is set high up in the Winterhoek valley, against the Witzenberg Mountains. It has some of the best view over the valley.

Petite is a quaint cottage located on our fruit farm in the Hoeko Valley. We are located approximately 15 km outside of Ladismith.

A warm welcome awaits you in this Victorian lodge with its exotic garden settings. Relax at the large saltwater swimming pool and enjoy the superb views of the Swartberg Mountains.

Mooiplaas is ideally located in the peaceful countryside yet only 10 km from Oudtshoorn which offers much to do and see. It is the “Ostrich Capital” of the world and close to the world-famous Cango Caves.

Guest accommodation consists of 7 very comfortable fully equipped cottages, either self-catering or B&B, each with its own cosy atmosphere private setting and endless views. A secluded one bedroom cottage ideal for honeymooners, complete with a Victorian bath and open air shower. Each cottage has a fireplace and braai/barbeque facilities, bar fridge and kitchenette.

Rainbow Glen is located conveniently close to the Cogmanskloof hiking trails. It is child and pet friendly. The seven self-catering cottages accommodate between two and eight people. Each and every cottage has a private veranda and built-in braai facilities.

The Feather Palace is well situated on the N12, between Oudtshoorn and De Rust. The main house is a National Monument, built in 1908, and is one of the few Ostrich Feather Palaces left in the region.

Relax on a beautiful fruit farm with breathtaking views of the well-known Towerkop. Become part of farm life or just sit back and enjoy the scenery. This working fruit farm offers fruit-picking in season, as well as numerous walks and birdwatching at the dam. Horse-riding can also be arranged.
