Lovely

Lovely town, we liked the old buildings in the town and how they have been restored. Nice and clean. We found it very busy as it was peak season.
Stopover

We had a stopover in the Karoo near the beautiful Karoo NP. The area has plenty of accommodation establishments, supermarkets and more. It is a poor region with a lot of unemployment. Most of the people speak Afrikaans, which we didn't expect. We never felt unsafe.
